Once affixed to a surface, the surface receives +5 to chaos, and -5 to steath. If affixed to armor it also gives a +5 to the wearer's Persuasion or Intimidation, which must be selected at the time the sitcker is affixed. The bonuses last as long as the sticker is affixed to the serface. Once the sticker is removed it cannot be used again.
